Mr.
Litwin is a primary investor and advisor for DecisionQ Corporation.
He is the President and sole stockholder of Remington Partners,
Inc., which was formed in 1996. Remington is licensed by the California
Department of Corporations as a California Finance Lender. It
manages a loan portfolio funded by a private group of investors,
and finances the short-term bridge needs and receivables for small
to midsize manufacturing and service companies throughout California.
Mr. Litwin has also founded or been involved with a number of
other successful companies including RTI Commercial Corporation,
which focused on markets in the former Soviet Union, Suncrest
Pacific, a real estate company involved in joint ventures, and
Land Development Systems, Inc., which focused on residential development.
Mr. Litwin is a member of the State Bar in both California and
Illinois, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of The Mexican Museum
in San Francisco (founding member) and the Margaret Jenkins Dance
Company in San Francisco.
