Mr.
Haman has over 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience
in Europe with senior roles at Credit Suisse First Boston, Credit
Suisse and Banque Indosuez. He has been active as a Technology
banker for many years with recent M&A and restructuring. Mr. Haman
has also held posts of head of Corporate Banking, Structured and
Acquisition Finance Groups for Banque Indosuez in London and head
of Credit and Corporate Restructuring at Credit Suisse France.
